found peace and balance through yoga, on and off the mat, while working a demanding, corporate career in New York City. She discovered her passion to help others achieve this same sense of balance, happiness, and a healthy lifestyle through yoga and enrolled in Teacher Training in NYC in 2014 (Yoga Alliance 200-hr).
She then went on to train further in Yin, Ayurveda, and Meditation and enjoys incorporating these principals into her classes. After teaching yoga part-time in Manhattan, she recently moved to Stockholm, making yoga her full-time career.
